Taking cognizance of the fact that National Institute of Management Solutions, Delhi is offering various courses including BBA and Engineering degree programmes, the University Grants Commission, in its notice dated 7 Oct 2019, has cautioned that National Institute of Management Solutions, B 1/1, 2nd Floor, Janak Puri, New Delhi is not a University and also is not recognized by University Grants Commission to offer any Bachelor /Master programmes either through regular mode or distance mode.

The notice further states that the said institute is not authorized to admit students in any Bachelor / Master degree programmes on behalf of any other University
